How long does the whole process take?
Most people receive their letter within 2–4 hours of submitting. During peak hours it can take slightly longer, but same-day delivery is our standard.
Do I need to see the clinician on video?
Not always. In many cases, a written assessment is sufficient. If the clinician needs more information, they may request a brief video or phone call - this is included at no extra cost.
Will my landlord accept the letter?
