Our pricing covers the clinician's fee, platform services, and ongoing landlord support.

Truly free ESA letters do not exist in any legitimate sense. A valid ESA letter requires a licensed clinician to evaluate your case - and that professional time cannot be free. Services advertising free letters either skip the evaluation entirely (making the letter invalid) or use free access as a bait-and-switch for subscription plans. The Supportive Pet only charges after your letter is issued, and if you don't qualify, you pay nothing.

Yes, but be cautious. Extremely cheap letters are often not written by real licensed clinicians and are frequently rejected by landlords and housing managers. An invalid letter provides no protection and could harm your case if a dispute arises.

Landlord acceptance decisions are outside our control - we cannot guarantee a landlord will accept any documentation. However, if your letter contains an error or was not delivered, you are entitled to a correction or refund per our Refund Policy.

Most health insurance plans do not cover ESA letter fees directly. Some HSA/FSA accounts may cover the cost if a qualifying medical professional is involved - check with your plan administrator.
